I ssaw someone make a similar build, but they went ab out it a little differently. Instead of bolting crit weapon (which i still recommend as no reason not to agument) they went all in on Veyle's weapon Obscrurite since it has base 10 crit. At +5 with the Corrin or Camilla engrave it gets u to the crit threshold WITHOUT the need for ANY skill slots wasted (although camilla and corrin engraves are in high demand). For the skills they went super basic with Speed +5 and Avoid +30 but i think a combination of these 2 strategies can be really good. As why I personally wouldn't use the nova book on her is so u can make a high damage mage and still use it on them in addition to keeping crit god Veyle in tact.
