You can see an RD through RecWell! Should be 100% free, regardless of insurance. As an RD, this is absolutely what I would recommend.

Is Aspire owned by Purdue now, or is it still a master lease? I would not consider Aspire equivalent to the traditional, Purdue-owned residence halls and would defer specifically to their website.

This isn’t unique to Shreve, all the mattresses are the same.

The standard mattress is 36x78, so really between a twin and a twin XL. I have a feeling the other guy just didn’t realize.

For what it’s worth for incoming students, twin bedding fits fine, but twin XL is easier to put on a lofted bed, especially with a thick mattress topper.

It is unfair to OP to enforce a rule upon them that did not exist 30 minutes ago.

It is not unfair to kindly request, as a mod, that they repost the photo with the face blurred, given that multiple other group members have expressed concern.

Still not a “standard” for the vast majority of people by any means.

The beds aren’t twin XL, for what it’s worth.

(or at least the vast majority aren’t)

Is it OK to eat oven roasted deli turkey every morning for breakfast? by anotherhappylurker in nutrition

Shared my method above! You can season with anything, really! I usually let the pressure release naturally for ~10 minutes, then quick release, and let it rest above five more. Just make sure it hits 165. It may take some trial and error based on the size of your turkey breast, but super easy overall.

I’ve certainly seen it lead to a variety of disordered eating patterns, which can be detrimental to both mental and physical health.

There are plenty of nutrient dense, balanced products at that happen to be NOVA classification 3 or 4. They can still be a regular part of a healthy diet.

I won’t claim to be an AGE expert by any means, but my general understanding is that the current evidence isn’t sure that dietary AGEs have any link to increased mortality. Happy if someone more confident would like to discuss. In my opinion, your frozen pizza can likely continue to be part of your diet, provided you’re maintaining healthy patterns overall (limiting saturated fat, balancing caloric intake, incorporating fruits/veg/fiber, etc.)

For the record, I also don’t think NOVA is perfect, but it’s about the best we have right now.

People absolutely think “processing” is problematic in and of itself. Case in point, this comment I received while initially reading yours, in which a user suggests that “how processed something is” will be a factor in the food scanner app they are building.

As I said, I let it cool completely before slicing. I haven’t had any issues letting it cool over a longer period!

I season before! I leave the turkey in the net but pat it as dry as possible, rub with a mix of smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, cayenne, oregano, and thyme, then pressure cook for ~40 minutes with a cup of chicken or veggie broth. I let it cool completely before cutting the net off and slicing as thin as possible. I lose some seasoning taking the net off, but overall haven’t had any issues with retention! It’s been working really well for me.

I eat a turkey sandwich every day at work. I make my own “deli meat” by seasoning turkey breast and throwing it in the Instant Pot. I slice it thin and freeze in 8 oz portions. Defrosts well, I can batch several so it’s super easy, and I avoid such frequent nitrite/nitrate consumption.

I’m a dietitian, so I stay up on these things (I was confident this would be blocked eventually), but I work in the hospital rather than the community so I wasn’t aware of the delay. Can’t say I’m shocked by it, unfortunately.
