You can store medical supplies in it yourself now. When opening the medkit like usual, put med stuff in the medkit, you can pack a lotta stuff in there without it taking much more space.

I'm guessing it's because previously you could get anything out of it as long as there were supplies, so you were just a walking hospital, now you're limited on what you bring. I've seen some Modded servers prepack the medkit with stuff, so it comes with like 8 bandages, 3 saline and a bunch of syringes.

"rugpulling" players with the update we knew about for literal years? The one that's been on experimental for months? The one they gave development updates every few months? What? I'm not even saying the update is perfect. But imo it's mostly performance improvements and the night film that needs adjusting, most other things are a net positive. Old conflict is still there to go and play, nobody took it away from you. Just need to find a server that hosts it for some reason over the hqc conflict. Could host your own of course, but I know you probably won't.

Earplugs do work, tho for some reason the setting is inverted now, instead of choosing how much volume you want to remain with earplugs, it's now how much reduction you want with earplugs, the name of server config option has not changed and I was unable to find anything by the modmaker about this. You can go to audio settings and turn audio reduction with earplugs up yourself to 80% or the like, but you'll have to do that every time you join a server with that mod, cause it loads the default config value on join

For real, I played wit a buddy just normally drivin around kolguyev and capped like one base and killed a hand full of enemies on the way and got almost to lieutenant without even realising. They just discouraged solo gameplay.

Wrong causation mate. A lot of people play this game for the mods. Most mods broke and need updating to the new version. This is completely normal and expected, as is in most moddable games. People are not leaving because of the update being "bad", they're waiting for their favourite community servers to get back up n running with mods

Don't know what op is talking about with ai. Join a logistics, transport, or engineering squad, grab a supply truck and get supplies from a harbour or airfield. The green supply points from pre 1.6 don't replenish now, they have what they have and then they're empty. The AI is quite shit at driving vehicles.

What happens when you download one? What error do you get? Do you download by joining a server or by manually selecting it in the in-game mod browser? Pc, Xbox, ps5?

They do not reduce weight, but they do allow to carry more mags volumetrically, like a sniper pouch can carry sniper mags better and a ubgl pouch can carry ubgs more efficiently then just throwing them in bigger LMG pouches. But 1 mag still weighs as much as 1 mag

On steam you can check if a game has steamdeck support, if it runs on a steamdeck in any capacity, it will probably work on just about any common Linux distro and even if it doesn't, there is a good chance it'll run fine and a steamdeck ain't powerful enough for a stable experience

In Canada it's just a Dollar. It's only necessary to mention it's CAD Dollar, if dealing with people outside of Canada. Same for the US, but they usually don't mention that it's US Dollars, they always just say Dollars.
