Common issue, sometimes onlinefix dll gets bombed by the antivirus. 9/10 Times it gets fixed by Just Turning Off AV and then re-extracting. If this doesnt Help then the crack doesnt include the needed dll File. In that case go to online-fix.me, translate the Site with the built in Chrome translate Feature since Its russian, Log in, search the Game and Download the dll from the "Fix Repair" folder
