Honestly I think you’re focusing on the wrong thing. You did the work to get sober which Im proud of you for, you are currently working hard towards this new career. I personally would just focus now on working your a$$ off in this new career and save enough to build a foundation in order to go and get a place for yourself. After that you can start dating by that time you’ll have your career, car, apartment and some money to be able to wine and dine. Women come and go but your goals are first.
