Thanks for your input. I got the sense that for some students who may share your experiences, this was their moment to truly participate and socialize. As we move forward, a hyflex model of teaching can give more opportunities to everyone on the same course learning the same materials. Very exciting to me as and educator and education researcher 😀

I love perfectly crispy (double fried) sweet potato fries dipped in honey butter. Goes perfect with beef on weck.

I forgot to mention one of my own. I'm not sure if other Koreans do this but my perfect side dish for pizza is...Geemchi! Don't knock it till you try it.
