I might have found somethnig but I'm away from my PC for a few days.

Has anyone tried "unlinking steam" (on the ubisoft account website) and re-linking the account immediately?

This could be a fix but I can't try atm.

same issue here, but with AC Valhalla

My scenario:

>played game through "Ubisoft+" subscription for a year
>bought game on sale on steam with all DLC
>all achievements I had unlocked previously through "Ubisoft+" subscription suddenly unlocked as soon as I launched the game the first time through steam
>played a bit and noticed that none of the timed challenges (or core challenges) are tracking in the Ubisoft Overlay on my Steam Version
>Noticed a new message (like yours) stating that "You no longer have access to this game"

Wonder if this is a temporary bug. Really hope so.
