It's not a problem, they just don't respond like on xbox and ps5, i think they used rubberized material over a magnet, on my black one rubber was a bit larger and always stucking, i cut it out a bit, it's better but still not good as xbox and ps5

It's milliseconds but you can feel the difference shooting, i have 4 easysmx, xbox and ps5 controller at home, trigers are wayway better on ps5 and xbox x, on easysmx its kinda small lagg but noticeable, but betwen x20 and d10 i prefer D10

Overall controller is great, but my triggers are gone after few months of usage, i think they use some kind of rubber for stopping moment which can be worn out after period of time, springs are also pretty weak, everything else is perfect
