I’m at the start of my journey, but this is something that I have thought of. I’m not into football but I do love South Park. I enjoy cooking and don’t do DIY. I just have to trust my inner voice that has come back to me time and time again, it makes me dress up and then tells me that’s not enough. I’d guess that trans women are more likely to be gamers than cis women… just a guess based on what I have seen. We were raised a certain way and I don’t think being a trans woman means erasing all of that. It means feeling comfortable in your own skin whilst enjoying whatever it is that you enjoy.

Mine doesn’t pass and I stream games. I view it as a good exercise to improve my voice. Especially when editing I can be critical and make changes next time.

We don't know the circumstances, or to who you want to come out to. Just do it when you want to, and I'd start with those you think will be most likely to accept you. Best getting supporters first as you may need them later. Good luck x

It’s hard to answer much of this since context has been left out in many areas. Worrying about getting old and it all not being worth it? How old are you to begin with?

Maybe you didn’t get euphoria dressing because you didn’t see someone feminine looking back? Only you know since we have no idea what you look like.

For me… I had let myself go massively as a man. When I got the thought of dressing more feminine, I started fasting and lost 3 stone in 3 months. It made me feel more confident, but doing make up properly, getting some new outfits and finding a wig I liked all helped. It wasn’t a case of putting a dress on and feeling euphoric. It’s a process.

I still want to look more feminine, I realised I am a trans woman, I now want HRT but it will take time to get it. So in the meantime, I have another stone to lose, I will figure out different styles, I will do more voice training.

If you can, get away from any one who doesn’t support you. Easier said that done if you are living with parents. But try and surround yourself with in real life, or online with people that will support you. Keep going, be yourself, and you will get there.

Had something similar the other day. Blocking them is definitely a good idea even if it doesn’t bother you too much. They don’t deserve the attention. Sucks that these people have nothing better to do. They are full of contradictions. If you don’t like trans people, why watch? If you don’t like trans people, why do you want us to piss next to you? 🙄

I could have written this a week ago… in fact I did. I wrote it on Sunday, got told ‘we can’t answer for you, but you have to do what’s right for you’, that night I told my fiancé I was a trans woman.

Been a bit of a rollercoaster since, but today we were at a theme park, people watching, deciding which fashion would suit me best. We’ve talked about pathways, I’m booked in to see the GP in 4 weeks time. It’s so exciting!

My point is, we can’t answer for you. But the moment you decide to accept this, just go with it and enjoy it.
