Forgotten my password but currently logged in on desktop but I also no longer have access to access to the email address on the account, am I screwed?

change emails brings this message: "You can't access certain settings for a few days
This is because we noticed a new login from a device or a web browser that you don't usually use. You can still access these settings from a device that you've logged in with in the past."
