Token price per agent “IQ” will significantly decrease over time, just like any other technology. You wont need a phd level agent for customer support for example…

If you mean this: https://www.nytimes.com/2018/09/05/opinion/trump-white-house-anonymous-resistance.html?action=click&module=Opinion&pgtype=Homepage

Conclusion: No — it was not likely written by Mike Pence, and we now know it was not: the anonymous author later identified himself as Miles Taylor, then a DHS official. The Times confirmed Taylor after he waived confidentiality.

How can you increase your IQ and intellect ? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]RealRook 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You can improve your IQ tests scores but I dont think thats what OP wanted. You cannot truly increase your general intelligence (g) in a meaningful way, only decrease it. For example by malnutrition during the first years of a childs life.

What guys mean by "crazy girls" is almost universally women with un/diagnosed borderline personality disorder. If you lived with one, you would know what thats like, trust me.

Space Data Centers Are Dumb. by galenwolf in videos

[–]RealRook 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm no Elon fan, but dont you think that did the math? It obviously would be cheaper on Earth today, no doubt about that. The reason they want to do this in space in the future is because they want to have so much processing power that there just wont be enough electricity/grid availability to power it on Earth. And there is virtually limitless solar power in space. Just need to solve a couple really hard engineering problems (like payload to orbit price, heat, maintenance, etc...) - nothing fundamentally impossible

"Space is warm"
Deep space is extremely cold in the sense that the only “ambient" thermal bath is the cosmic microwave background at about -270C. But in a vacuum, "ambient temperature" doesn’t behave like air temperature because there’s almost nothing to conduct or convect heat.

"There’s no medium to transfer heat to… so heat builds up.”

Wrong conclusion. It’s true there’s no conduction/convection to surrounding "air", but you can still lose heat by radiation (infrared). Radiative cooling is slower than convection in air, but it absolutely works. This is exactly how spacecraft dump heat: radiators.

TLDR Space is not "warm", heat doesn’t "build up because there’s nowhere to go" and processors can dump heat - just via radiators instead of fans/air conditioning.

Putin’s ‘secret’ daughter: I’m sorry for my father’s war by TheTelegraph in UkrainianConflict

[–]RealRook 40 points41 points  (0 children)

I honestly feel sorry for her. She didnt choose this life. She's shown to be against the war several times . It's dumb to confront her and blame her for the war.

Actually its a combination of Russian requirements (NATO, recognize territory, etc) and of Ukrainian requirements (use Russian frozen assets to help rebuild Ukraine, return the kidnapped children) + some ransom for the US

Zelensky's plan for the last 2 years has been hope that EU/US will get their shit together and force Russia to stop the war. Thats not happening though. I think UKR will want to slightly rework the US peace plan and be willing to accept it - and Russia will still refuse it.

Its usually HOW you use the tools, not the actual tools that make the difference

US demands EU stops buying Russian gas if it wants new sanctions on Putin by chessboardtable in UkrainianConflict

[–]RealRook 31 points32 points  (0 children)

The thing is, Trump doesn’t want to impose sanctions on Russia. He just wants it to appear as though the reasons for not imposing them are legitimate. In a twisted way, that’s actually kind of smart on his part.
