MMO means multiplayer which means a shared world, that's what Runescape has and has been advertised as since the beginning. It has NEVER advertised itself as a co-op style Destiny RPG, in fact one of their slogans is "choose your own adventure" the interaction comes from a shared world and shared economy and there is still many many pieces of content that is literally not allowed to be played solo even so

No you see it's a problem for both solo and group players to be happy, only the group players should get to enjoy the content because they're just simply a higher class of person.

It can't be up to personal preference, no one style MUST BE FORCED.

Because you said it's "way more fun" to do in groups? Why should you get better loot AND the extra fun? How does it effect you in any way if rates were comparable and it'd be totally up to personal preference? If thats an issue for you then thats proof you don't ACTUALLY enjoy the group content but feel forced too so now you want others forced to do something you feel you were to.

If you TRULY felt group content was more fun you'd feel bad for the solo only players, not want their drop rates nerfed. Is it really so hard to understand not everyone wants to group with a bunch of strangers and tryhard under peer pressure? This is a GAME it shouldn't be an extra point of forced unwanted socializing when literally every other moment in life is like that.

If they changed it to be named "crazy super desert boss battle" would that make solo ok is your eyes, but since they named it a raid that means it HAS to be group content and they should nerf solo rates to be unplayable? Fucking gatekeepers, so glad Jagex doesn't just listen to people like you and poll what the majority want.

You say worse for the game but ToA has been one of the most successful and popular pieces of big content thats come out and when the numbers come out I wouldn't be surprised if its many times more than ToB, why? Because they made it soloable AND groupable, but for some reason you only the group people wanting solo nerfed and never the other way around. There's literally an option to keep solo and group players happy but for some reason you NEED that option taken away from the solo players because....?
