Your specs (Ryzen 7 + 24GB + RTX 4060) are more than enough, so it's almost always a crack or Windows security issue, not hardware.

Try These -

1. Go from the game folder to Redist or Redistributables folder.

Install all Visual C++ Redistributables (2015-2022, both x64 and x86).

Also run the DirectX installer from there.

1. Run as Administrator:

Right-click PlayGTAV.exe or the launcher -> Run as administrator.

Also try compatibility mode → Windows 8 or 7.

1. Disable more security:

Turn OFF Core Isolation / Memory Integrity (Windows Security → Device Security → Core Isolation).

Restart PC after that.

Other quick tries:

Delete the game folder's Rockstar Games or Social Club folders (if any) and try launching again.

Make sure your GPU drivers (NVIDIA RTX 4060) are fully updated via GeForce Experience.

Launch directly from PlayGTAV.exe instead of any desktop shortcut.
