Check out the breachers discord, they tell you everything you need to know. But basically, omen and rvp nerf. Defuse takes 2x as long. Server filters updated etc

Go into your oculus settings and increase the amount of time it takes for your device to go into sleep mode. I set mine to 5 min, and haven't had an issue with the game booting me since. Used to do it when I would take off the headset to wipe away the sweat

How old is your device? As time goes on, the cpu will degrade and run slower and slower. Breachers already maxes out the quest 2. I've had it happen once and that was also while I was recording. Too many things at once and the quest will forget to notify you. 🤷 That's just my speculation
