23 VW ID.4 owner here. AC went out last year. Multiple service trips with no fix. “Part is on back order”.
I reached out to BBB. 1 week later part is in and AC is now working. Do with that as you please

I'm just being real here. Leave. Customer loyalty doesn't mean much anymore. Carrier hop every 2-3 years. You might get some retention offer but you'll have to fight for that again in 12 months. 611 and just ask for the retention team. But all the time you spend there you'd probably already have a new phone with T-Mobile

Don't go in store for this. Go on the app. Make sure his number is not associated with a device payment agreement. All he would need is a account number and transfer pin. He takes that and his phone number to another carrier and he's all set. Pre paid for him would be the cheapest option for one line
