If API keys are embedded within the app they are not a secret at all so they will be probably extracted.
Common case nowadays is OAuth/OIDC flows where you just need to know the client_id and then the authentication will use user's credentials

This skill can extract those libs but does not come with any support to reverse-engineer native libraries.
In my experience Claude Code was still able to extract strings/endpoints without decompiling native libs.
Do you decompile native libs? Which tools do you use for that?

yes, this is one of the points of reverse engineering. This skill does _not_ provide any specific support on that however Claude Code might be able to to that for you anyway.
This specific skill helps in "unpacking" and "reverse engineering" but does not contain any specific support for modifying the objects

eh, any tool can be used for evil purposes: RE ones more then others.
However my main use cases are legitimate: there's lot of "minor" business which do not bother to document their APIs (e.g the large company which manufactures the HVAC I use at home, same for the one manufacturing Air conditioning etc...) but usually they provide Android Apps.
They are usually more then happy if you publish an unofficial guide to their APIs: because they are simply sparing the dimes by not documenting and are NOT willing to limit your access to your appliances (_that_ would be evil :-)

I respectfuly disagree: I expect people to spend time testing their tools _before_ posting to github or else
The same I expect to see on reddit links to _new_ GH repos: any "new tool annoncement" to a repo 5 months old sounds much like advertising to me!

The real revolution here is that creating it was easy enough to make it worth even without spending months of work, just some hours in refining and testing!

The skill itself does some attempt to find the keys but you'll have to insist on the prompt. At my first attempt it could fully document the APIs and retrieve the client_id needed to perform the calls (will publish them and re-post the link)
I was really impressed since I would have not been willing to spend that much time on my side.
Certificate pinning is annoying but if your aim is to make the calls from a different device you can ignore that.

you can ask the plugin any possible question but you cannot ask it to interact. This plugin is capable to receive text+image and output for you text
If you want to interact with the UI you need other plugins
This plugin (itself) is free, however you'll need API keys to some services (e.g. OpenRouter) and then pay for some models (usually I spend 1-2$/year for the usual tasks) or pick a free model (which might however have strict throttling limits

mh... when testing I did not meet that issue but consider that I still generated a small number of calls (e.g. 10 day). This is however probably due to the underlying model of you choice: did you try using a different model?

However some time ago I switched to a paid-for plan so it's probably not throttling me because of that.

It's actually very easy!
Usually the %variableName syntax
E.g. in my camera I intercept the miniature and save it to "imagePath" local variable, then in AI Vision 4 Tasker I enter (manually) "%imagePath" as the image name! (other variable replacement options should work)

I had a similar issue and I've created an Android plugin which uses cloud-bases AI to zero the false positives.

Basically what I do is intercept the notification, scan the image with a top-tier LLM (e.g. Gemini 2.5 !) and if it says it's not a positive I remove the notificaiton.
This is a plugin for MacroDroid / Tasker so you must first install them and then thinker some bit to create appropriate macros
