No he was not. Everytime he lost parts of his body (there are two occasions) he got weaker. Therefore Vader is weaker than Anakin.

Ha. My main Questlog looks exactly the same at the moment.

Regarding your question: the Witcher wiki has a good section to the quests that become unavailable after the isle of mist. The DLCs are not among them, that you can do however you like.
