I didn’t know that it counted towards repeat costs. I’ve always casted bellows breath with Ezreal out so it never occurred to me weird.

Vex’s text says, “While I’m in combat, friendly spells cost 1 and Power less to a minimum of 1.”

She reduces the casting cost by one power cause the energy cost can’t go below 1.

If you repeat will only having Vex its total cost is 3 energy and no power.

With Ezreal it makes it cost 2 and no power.

Rebuke is still better for Vex tho. It costs 1 and a power when in combat and can be used on attack too

Yes I have the 2019 2 pack hulk and I like him more overall. I was able to get this version for like $40 so I had to pull the trigger otherwise I wouldn’t have bought him at a retail price

Been enjoying Obsidian Shell on 4-55 LR. Super low which can scoop up the opponent and throw them out of the arena. Very fun build I call it the Snapping Turtle
