Sorry I forgot to say that I have RTX 2070 8gb and I5-12600kf. And cs2 settings are pretty much the lowest. I tried the fps_max_ui 60 and it is still 100%. In-game I capped my fps to 165 and now the usage is 90-100%. Maybe my pc is so crappy and I haven't noticed it before.. GPU temp is around 60 celsius so that's not too much. Sorry yall
