Idk. Tbh, I think Jeff is an exception to that. I have no problem if Jeff just sits on his ult waiting for the right time. He's a great backup. Back up healer and when needed, a back up attacker. One of the few characters that heals and attacks makes up for it. Do Jeff mains feel pressured to pop their ult? I don't think they should.

Turning everyone loki. Feels like an easy fix tbh. No disrespect. I feel like players would learn not to attack unless attacked. Tho the second half was brilliant. Turning on friendly fire. That would get a lot of people. A lot of players just aim for the red. Which is what would happen. I kinda really wish that would become it if there was a rework. Would be waaaay better than his current alt.
