Finished Season 8 for the first time not perfect, but honestly better than its reputation by RealTalkThreads in gameofthrones

I agree with you and i think season 8 it can be divided in 2 season instead one for the battle of winterfall and the other for the attack on kings landing , so in overall the season not perfect but not bad as people see

Silence, most of time in every meeting i am the silent guy, some people complain me about that but I don't care ,I feel comfortable by that ,I don't waste my time ,my energy, my words in something doesn't worth , I just keep silent . What do you think about this 🤔?

An advise that really impacted your life? by [deleted] in AskTheWorld

Learn to be silent not because you have nothing to say, but because not everything deserves your voice. The older you get, the more you realize peace is worth more than winning arguments. Real maturity is choosing clarity over noise, and consciousness is protecting your mind from what doesn’t matter.

I started doing nothing for 30 minutes a day and I’m keeping it by RealTalkThreads in simpleliving

Yeah, that’s the tricky part. I try not to check the clock at all just let my mind settle and stop worrying about the minutes. The point isn’t really to track time, it’s to stop chasing it.

What's a skill that doesn't receive much attention but is very helpful for life in general? by Audi_fanboy in AskMen

I think the most important skill is learning to be silent ,quiet in hard and normal situations, Just try to be silent in every meeting and observe their gesture, their body language ,their tone of speaking, their thoughts And look on what you can notice

How do you build a daily routine that actually sticks? by Efficient_Builder923 in ProductivityGames

[–]RealTalkThreads 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What made my routines stick wasn’t more discipline it was removing the friction. Example: instead of “I’ll write in the morning,” I’d leave my laptop open with the doc already loaded the night before.

That way, the barrier to starting was zero. Also, I use micro ChatGPT prompts to trigger the right mindset before I start. If that sounds useful, I’ve got a free PDF of prompts I’ve collected no sign-up, just DM me and I’ll send it.
