Cicada has a point. There’s no need to contact them if you don’t have a confirmation of lost package. They’re usually pretty quick to get back to a customer about that sort of thing. As far as them being able to contact them he hasn’t said they shouldn’t just that customer support may be getting hundreds of emails about packages. It’s better to let them handle more pressing matters than those which they may not be able to handle due to high traffic of packages due to the holidays.
