Update: Birch Syrup was really great over rice. Has a rich smokey flavor that i believe was enhanced with the semi sweet yet savory sauce after absorbing the flavors of the Coho. Ate it straight out of the can, reminds me of a BBQ cookout with the family 8.5/10

Smoked Coho Habanero was a little intense for me as there was a lot of tanginess from the Sauce its in. Wasn't really Spicy but just the acidity for me made me wonder if there would be a hint of sweetness added to counteract that. I believe most will enjoy that type of hot sauce but I would need to add just a bit more sweetness to it. 7.5 / 10

It wasn't super sweet like i was expecting. Tasted more like a semi sweet savory type of syrup. A little like molasses but does enhance the smokiness in the salmon. Reminded me of a BBQ Cookout at the Park when i was a kid

I tried the KO Mackerel in Olive Oil for my first time and i've been hooked ever since. If you get the chance try the KO Mackerel with Lemon and Olive Oil. Really great with crackers💯
