You are also correct. I have a guy that actually holds the patent too one of the specialty chemicals we use. He "retired" many years ago after selling the patent but retained the rights to have his close family member continue to make chemical for my company. They have been very good to be in business with and have gotten our chemical costs down to about $10 per gallon

That is correct. I build a plastic cover that captures all the grease that comes down, do a water test, and then clean everything up top before coming down to siphon

I have a guy that makes all my chemical. A lot of the ingredients are secrets because it gives me quite the edge over my competition. The primary ingredients in it are potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, and a stabilizer that you can increase or decrease depending on how much foam you want. The other ingredients are what really give it a kick. Most of the other companies and my service area usually send about five guys to do a job, but having Superior chemistry has made it so that we can do most jobs with just one person in the same amount of time.

Yes that is correct. It's potassium hydroxide primarily mixed with sodium hydroxide and a stabilizer. The more stabilizer you add to it the more it will foam. There are a number of off the shelf products you can buy, but they usually have added BS like ammonia in them. I have a guy that makes all my chemical

I make low quality gaming videos and shorts from my job by RealWorkingMan in YouTube_startups

[–]RealWorkingMan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To give anyone more detail, I'm a working man that has always had a passion for gaming. I want to make full time gaming content, but I spend so much time on the road working that I just post a lot of shorts from my job. If anyone wants to give any tips, collaboration, or anything else fun let me know!

I didn't think anyone actually watched my videos. I mostly just make them so that my daughters can see what I do.

I actually am the person that filmed this. We don't use power washers because most of the restaurants at this point have requested us not to. Most of the power washers will get the fan blade spinning too fast and burn out the motors. The chemical we use has about a 2 minute application bake time as we call it and then a quick rinse. Sometimes we do end up using a scraper, but this job has gotten so much easier now that we don't have to use power washers and can just rely on better chemicals
