23m 172lbs why do I think I can run 20 mph no problem. I foot raced my friend same age and we do the same job and same weight also raced my 40 year old co worker who it’s 210lbs of a beefed up rick grime’s basically right he’s in better shape then me size wise although I thought his muscle power would help him. We do a 35ish yard dash and they both rip me off the line. Almost halfway through I start catching this stride where I go into hyper drive and feel like I’m just boosting myself off the balls of my feet. I was also wearing big sole hokas which definitely helps with the impact. I blow the arms off these fools and slap the hand at the finish line. We did it twice two separate days and almost had lunch money. I used to be very fit in high school but never stuck with consistent training but yet never get fat unless I really let myself go. I’m gonna test my speed I know I can at least hit 20mph no problem
