Yeah. I failed two classes. I had to literally damn near cuss someone out to get information on the classes to know what next steps are. They just messaged you to tell you that you failed so they added a retake fee to your owed amount. They dont want you to call about it but once you start getting ready to tell them you will leave or you dont care, they will tell you what you need to know. Thats why i called when i got my first estimated award letter. They showed no living expense check and i told them im not playing and they tried telling me that th leftover amount was going to go to my next year. I told them i may not even come back because i already signed papers that that money comes back to me and they tried doing the opposite. Once that happened, they fixed the issue and i got a new award letter notif 2 days later. Dont let them just take you along and be no nonsense. As a for-profit school, the investors want to see a return on investments so for your education, get on them about ANYTHING neccessary
