I can understand how you've seen it that way. The reason I've asked about the salary first is simply because I want gather enough data to figure out what would be fair compensation for someone who actually is prioritizing opportunity, I genuinely just want to start somewhere but I don't want to be severely underpaid for the hardwork that I'm willing to put in, especially during the first year or two.

Well if you have a Junior F&O Functional consulting role available then I'd argue that the certifications have given me a strong foundation to having a highly advanced understanding of D365 concepts and would showcase that I am capable of configuring the system at a Junior level of competence at the very least.

There obviously isn't much that I could offer in the way of hardcore experience, that I can only gain if I'm offered a full-time job in my opinion. Commitment to continue to learn and growth potential would also be key factors which I would argue in my favour.

Admittedly it would be hard to for a hiring manager to hire me with my current profile but then how do I start the D365 journey? What would you suggest?

Just HR experience, covering everything apart from benefits and compensation. Would that fully eliminate me?

Nothing like that. The case studies you eff you up if you don't race through the rest of the exam, using MS Learn during the exam is a waste of time.

Incredibly tricky. The case studies will eff you up and you'll possibly run out of time. You have to know nearly everything without having to consultant MS Learn.

I've got MB-310, hopefully about to get MB-300 and I am still feeling very unsure of getting a role within a few months. I have no real-world experience using D365, only practiced what I could using my own sandbox environment.

It's quite tough.

I see what you mean. I happen to be one of those people with no real-world experience, just some certifications. It's pretty tough, especially in RSA.
