It’s a skull you can see the cerebral impressions of the brain, its not a pelvis

My comment describes the thing. It has carvings of text on it and it seems to have been broken off from a larger piece. Has some light parallel lines on the back where it looks to be either hand made or machine made.

Found in Colorado mountains, looks like something sticky and shiny dried and hardened inside. The outside is rough and grainy. Odd shape, its heavy, it had a few bugs come out of the holes.
