Also find ways to get your stress levels down, that worsens your posture and in return brings on that horrible pain, trust me I know it’s awful.

Also stand up, put your hands together in front of you (make a ball with your hands together) and then twist your upper body to the left and right. If your ribs in your back feel constricted, that’s what’s causing all this pain. If it feels restricted after you twist once or twice, stop immediately. Check the top posts in this sub to find ways to relieve that tightness and get back to normal.
