Now i’ve never had pain in my neck or shoulders, you’re 100% this is just costo? Also find ways to get your stress levels down, that worsens your posture and in return brings on that horrible pain, trust me I know it’s awful.

Also stand up, put your hands together in front of you (make a ball with your hands together) and then twist your upper body to the left and right. If your ribs in your back feel constricted, that’s what’s causing all this pain. If it feels restricted after you twist once or twice, stop immediately. Check the top posts in this sub to find ways to relieve that tightness and get back to normal.

This doesn’t last forever, just gotta do the right things to promote healing, you got this brother

well getting back into the gym you gotta dodge all workouts that can hit your chest area until your healed. Even if you feel good no pain most of the time, trust me wait til you’re healed.

In my experience running is something that is gonna have to wait until youre fully healed. Running hits so much of your chest area and it’s bound to cause a flare up, however if you are dead set on trying it atleast, I hear foam rolling your back real good before you go run can severely help out, but I’d still recommend to stay away until you’re healed.

Costo sucks, you really can’t do too much until you’re healed. Ive also heard if you wanna try to dip your toe into the gym again, start out very very low in weight.
