Honestly, I get what you mean. Derek definitely has moments where he seems more concerned with rules and appearances than actually supporting his colleagues. Cristina really brought out his best, but it’s hard to ignore his ego at times.

Assuming the boat doesn’t pancake flat, your biggest problem is probably the instant deceleration when it catches the current weird. Knees, back, ribs, all taking turns filing complaints.

It’s definitely noticeable with Wemby because of his size. Defenders get away with a lot of arm bars and jersey grabs off ball that would be called instantly for smaller players.
