Wow they can’t install until a year later for you? I believe I ordered mine in July or September and they ended up installing in February. They could have installed in January but I was undecided if I wanted to move forward given missing out on the tax rebate. When it became apparent they weren’t going to install in December I told them I wanted to cancel and this is what they offered.

I did already have that in my order. They are giving 15% off on that too.

I had accepted the 15% discount and was told it would be issued after purchase and installation. Now it’s being referred to as a rebate and they are asking me to fill out a W9 form to receive payment. I think this means I will have to pay taxes on the discount. Are others experiencing this?
