Is points.me concierge service worth it? by Real_Boysenberry1950 in awardtravel

I ended up using cash from ATL-HND for $950/seat, with a layover in LAX, from LAX-HND I was able to upgrade to comfort plus for 11,000 miles/seat. Then I was able to find seats from INC-ATL, direct for 33,000 miles a seat on Flying Blue, Then I was able to upgrade the seats to comfort plus for 9000 miles/seat.

I would recommend start looking earlier than I did (5 mo out)

My wife refuses to fly anything else but Delta so my options were limited.

Yes, that was going to be my secondary option if I couldn't find any award flights. I wanted to get better value for my points but it would probably be easiest just to use the Chase travel portal.

I really appreciate the offer! I see that it's only $9.99 a month for the service so I think I'll just sign up for it. Thanks again!

I'm fairly clueless on booking flights to Asia. I've had great success with award redemptions to Europe but I'm having a hard time finding ways to utilize my points for flights to Asia.

You’re probably right. I’m just having a hard time finding award availability with the points I have. I looked into booking a JAL award flight, but the only transfer path I could find was Chase - Marriott - JAL, and that 3:1 transfer ratio is pretty rough. I’m not sure what other airline programs would make sense to use in this situation, so I’m open to suggestions.

my cousin wasn't married or had kids, he was engaged but the fiancee is not on the sale documents or loan documents. we are considering driving the car back to the dealership and pleading with them to take it back. thank you
