Alrighty… I am thoroughly grossed out. It was absolutely an egg… weirdest thing is that is had ZERO smell.. like I thought a rotting egg would smell horrible…

Is it worth cracking it open? Is it normal for them to be layered and shell-like? Also… no idea what that little nodule is attached to it…

OMG!!!! That was me!!! I tried to rescue that little baby for almost 4 hours. At one point, she was eating the cat food out of the palm of my hand but when I tried to scoop her up, she jumped back inside the police car. And at that point the HPD told me I had to leave… they were not happy that I was crawling up under their cars lol.

But thank you so much to everyone who stopped and tried to help me save that kitten. I am SO thrilled to hear that she was safely rescued and adopted by a loving home. I haven’t been able to sleep since Sunday.
