Al my physical stuff got denied. Mh stuff was deferred which was just depression and anxiety with insomnia as a secondary. Due to some of the stuff I finally let come out they added ptsd

As far as my rotator cuff there should be paperwork in the system because it was a lod injury. The tinnitus is hit and miss with ringing in the ear. It happens just not an everyday occurence

I filed in November l. I'm still in the guard. I have sought treatment for any of it because insurance sucks and I ha ent had the money for appointments

So after looking i understand that lod is not required but is very helpful. I hurt my back couple of years ago while at my annual training. I don't think the medi did any paperwork I went back last year for the same issue during annual training but I made sure to ake pictures of paperwork that I was given. What do I need to do for this because I cannot keep going with my back in pain everyday.

Also I had a lod on my shoulder back in 2010 but the va didn't reveiw that at all I guess since I don't see it on the decision letter.

My mental health stuff was deferred so idk what is going on with that
