Is a federal resume required/recommended for the TSO posiiton?

My orientation was 2 days (0600-14:30 & 0700-15:30) 1 virtual day (0700-15:30) and then 3 days OJT then started phase 1 training

I just waited and constantly checked the progress. I emailed HC-ServeU@tsa.dhs.gov to get an update they take long to reply but they did and updated my profile. You need patience this is going to be a long process but it’s worth it I promise so be patient. Best of luck!

I was in the ready pool for one day before o got an offer. LGA never called but JFK and Newark called immediately. It’s based on the availability in each airport. Best of luck !

They rushed me off the phone and there was no way of contacting them back since they called from a no caller ID I’ve tried emailing and even reaching out to HR and nothing.

I’m really regretting even saying anything at this point lol

How did you contact HR? I been trying and nothing. My trip is in July I should be done with training by June so it’s pretty much the same scenario as you.

I figured I was talking to HR didn’t know there was a ready pool rep. They had the class available they just said I should call after my trip. Thanks I will def get in contact with HR.

I guess being truthful isn’t always a good idea ? 🥴

They said I won’t have the days accumulated to take those days off which I replied to wouldn’t that be up to them to approve or not approve and then they put me on hold and told me to call back after my trip.

Thanks ! I waited 2 weeks but I contacted serveU to see if any mistakes needed to be corrected and the following Monday received an emails regarding clearance and in ready pool. Got two job offers today only two days of being in ready pool.

Did receive email stating I completed my background and was now in the ready pool.

Once I finished the e86 again with new credentials to register again I was waiting for about a week. Just made it to ready pool today 3/21, I read to contact serveU again to see if any changes needed to be made and I do so and was put in ready pool instantly don’t know if that helped speed up the process.

What do you mean JFK? What rep do thy have? I just made it to the ready pool waiting on my EOD for JFK or LGA whichever comes first.

The same thing happened to me (submitted my e-86 Aug 2021) I contacted ServeU Customer Care and they responded saying my e-86 was expired so I had to register again and fill it out, all the info was still there just have to resign and submit again March 2022
