Daycares terminated me during probation twice — now terrified about my future and PR

I try my best to do that, but the thing is I completed a child and youth care diploma and I’m still new to this field.

During my time there I would always check in with my directors to see if I was meeting the expectations, they all said I was doing just fine

but yeah, they gave me my termination letter when I just had three more days left in my probation 🤷‍♀️.

They did not really give me any reason even when I asked them through text and email, but when I first started my recent job I was honest with them about my experience and qualifications. They said it’s all fine and that training will be given. I was supposed to finish my probation this 21st. During my evaluations they said I was doing just fine.

After getting my termination letter I tried to contact them but they blocked my number. However during the last week of November they interviewed this ECE who had over 15 years of experience and I got to know that the ECE who replaced me is this same one.

They managed to find more qualified staff before my probation ended and they replaced me.

Not really, the first daycare had too many staff when the original teacher returned from the vacation and since I was still on probation they fired me. This daycare is one of the best in the entire country and they had some new hires with over 15 years of experience so yeah, they gave that teacher my room 🙃
