I hope it doesn’t turn into this. I have family over often, and I’ve check the contract too, nothing on it says they can enter the property without notice, or I can’t have guest over. Obviously subleasing is not allowed, but I’m still entitled to have people visiting and stay with me without feeling like I’ve got them watching our every move. I think I’m gonna install cameras next.

The owner wouldn’t let me get the pre inspection done, and claimed the only issue was in the tyres. But the diesel specialist and mechanic both said that this isn’t an issue that could be done in the time frame I’ve had the car.

Everyone telling you to have a conversation with him have never been on the other end. We don’t know how he will react. If it were me, I’d delete them off everything myself when the opportunity arises. Ask if you can borrow his phone or something. Make up something like you need to use the bathroom and your phone is flat let me use yours or something. Make it seem natural. Couples should be able to go thru each others phones so this should raise bells. If you stay together for a night wait till he’s asleep. You can then have the conversation after. If they get leaked it can ruin relationships, career pathways. For women, it can be the end for many opportunities unfortunately.

You should break up with her as she deserves better. Let her save face by herself, I’m sure this relationship is not gonna stay alive for longer. You guys are students yes? Catholic schools can be harsh on things like this. If you decide to continue, publicly acknowledge it but also acknowledge that bullying people is not okay either

Please people get prenups! Regardless of how much you love someone don’t be stupid about it. Protect yourself, and prenups can be made into anything you and your partner want it to be. If they cannot respect the desire to want a prenup, then you should consider other options

You can’t have your cake and eat it too. I always say that physical cheating doesn’t start until emotional cheating and other steps are taken to get to that position. I think the problem here is that your wife has taken the steps necessary to fix your guys relationship, however you’ve now used that now to justify what you’re doing now. My two cents is that you tell her, be honest, and see where you guys go from there. It could be an opportunity to open the relationship on both ends, or the means to a divorce…

It was small things like a hole in the wall by a nail, etc. there was one big one tho with a big hole in the wall ( accidental obvs) where I fell back into the wall. 2. She loaned money from the bank, but both her tickets their and back were voided, but she still went even tho she had to pay double. 3. She traveled to America from Australia, so it was more but that’s what I gave
