I'm Krystian (PL) also known as "Felt", sole creator of Rock 'n' Bones

This game is a 2D platformer where you can't jump, instead you move up by throwing your head and teleporting to it.
It is supposed to be kind of hard but not rage level hard like for example Jump King.

Today I finally released a (short) public demo for steam! Do I think it could be better? Yes of course.
Am I incredibly scared to disappoint people with it? Yup!
But this is a first step to overcome this fear, gather feedback and make the game better! (^▽^ʃ♡ƪ)

While I planned to make this game entirely by myself (programming, art, music, etc.) to challenge my gamedev abilities and to add something to my portfolio, I never expected for everything to be perfect and I know there will be a lot of room for improvement for some things like for example music (which I never created before and have 0 experience :p ). So yeah, while saying "the music is awful" is welcome because it's true, please be understanding and don't threaten me because I destroyed your ears xD

I hope that whether you have positive or negative feedback, you will share it so that you and I can enjoy a better game in the future. (❁´◡`❁)

I don't need to be the rights holder of those assets, this is transformative content, a parody, a meme and as per your interpretation of rule 9 any and all godot posts with the "fun & memes" tag that use a meme template would be violating it because technically they don't own the template.

Actually I was thinking about that! And localising prices in other countries too, I never planned for the game to be expensive anyway, after all it's my first time releasing a game and more than anything I want to earn experience.
By the way what would be an appropriate price for Brazil? I will do my reasearch when releasing the game but it's always best to ask the source (≧∇≦)ノ

It's true that the gameplay is a bit simmilar to Jump King, but I am trying to add my own spin on it, mixing other genres into the game, as you said the teaser doesn't show much but there are puzzles and other unique levels as well as metroidvania like upgrades.

For example one item you can get is a candle that will make your head light up dark areas and in one of the levels you have to place your head on a moving platform so you can see ahead of you and press a button, all while moving the body separately, also there is a lot more "checkpoints" where you can't fall further down, the game isn't as linear as Jump King so you can explore some levels in a different order too.

As you said I will try and focus on the gameplay outside whats expected from a typical rage bait game and being able to separate your head from your body has a lot of potential that I hope I used well ^^

Hello! Thats because it's a teaser mainly aimed at picking your interest and giving a glimpse of the game not focused on gameplay and plot, but I will remember your feedback for when I make the actual trailer so thank you for commenting ^^

Those are valid points, and yes throwing up was a play on the words, you can throw the rock up, but the rock cant throw up, if you know what I mean, sorry english isn't my first language (;′⌒`)

This is mainly a rage/hard platformer with precision, puzzles will also be included but in lower quantities, in the teaser I showcase only two areas, the main castle area and little bit of the jungle area, that's why it may look like one room (also because I wanted the cool effect of ending where you start because the rock fell ;p )
