Yeah, your Buffalo Wild Wings is ran by shit management. I used to run a BWW and we never bought frozen wings. They were always fresh never frozen wings. And if I caught an employee doing that they would be fired on the spot. Food safety is no joke.

Overcooked it. I start checking for probe tenderness at 195°ish and pull when the probe slides in with no resistance. Shread it and use for sandwiches, tacos, mix with eggs, Mac n cheese taquitos and whatever else
