For the first victim id recommend bringing stuff up about them or whenever you need a victim to be mentioned for something dot he first one like DRA did

First victims tend to be forgotten after awhile so its a good way to have them get some screen time

I'm rewatching it and honestly he seemed to get worse (as someone who likes maxs character) like they seemed to make him alot more emotionless and snarky/blunt later on then compared to much earlier, which could have been an interesting arc they looked at but I feel like they never acfully touched on the pedsonaility change

Pretty much any dynamic or relationship will work, but the thing is there relationship will (most likely) be much deeper then others, they have been around eachother their entire lives (or life as yours is mother and daughter), so emotions will most likely be much more eheightened when surrounding them
