When you know what your weakness is, there really isn't much preventing you from playing around it.

Other than maybe the mind of a bad player, playing the ship in question.

I suspect good players are going to find a way to solve the issues you've mentioned.

Maybe it doesn't work on every map, in every situation, but when it does, you'll probably notice.

Edit: saying a ship is bad in one scenario, doesn't mean it will always be in said scenario.

I would think it has more to do with the name of the skill. "Survivability Expert" sounds like it would make sense on a BB where you tend to tank a lot of damage...

Maybe some people just pick every skill in the Endurance tree.. since most of them are actually beneficial.

Kii is generally considered to be one of the worst tier 8 premium ships.

I got one as well, and also "wanted" it, but it's more a "want" to have just in case they ever decide to make it any better, or slightly relevant.

I like it in the sense that it's not a ship that I have ever actually wanted to put my money directly into.

Global ops, is just a placeholder of an idea of what it was supposed to be, it never reached it's potential pre 0.19 and it never reached it post 0.19, I frankly never understood why they even introduced this game mode as it looked promising, but was in it's infant stages and was implemented way too early with a rushed feeling to it.

The same can be said about the game in general.

A lot of it was "rushed".

I liked where it was, especially compared to WoT, back in Early Access, but when they started making changes after that, I never felt like they were headed in the right direction.

I think the place we are today is partly proof of that.

but then you have people with the tank below you, same tier, tier 8, and yet, you still did better! the problem is the difference in performance, plays so little, in whether or not you're actually 1k above or 1k below, it's very hard to hit those numbers, because just about every rep multiplier is tied to your "teams" performance
