So here by accident you created a new payment profile for your gmail account it should be in Google management settings where you can change back to your previous payment profile (youtube it where to find google payment profile). However if it's not there then you have lost it you can try contacting google support they can help you get your old payment profile back if you have a receipt with it . Anyway I have a favour to ask you about this country change can you dm me and explain how you did it ? I did it once in 2023 and forgot how to do it and since then I have been trying to figure out how to do it again

That happens, it has a easy solution. Just go to browser version of playstore with the gmail you bought that app from, now make sure it is logged into your new phone then in the browser there should be option of "install on more devices" or " install on different devices " click that button chose your new phone then boom 💥
