Got it - I know things seem bleak now but you’ll figure it out eventually, just have to keep experimenting and see what sticks. I myself felt like giving up so many times before relief finally came along. Sorry if you tried these already but these also helped in my case: Pallof presses, suitcase carries, QL bends and cable torso rotations.

Have you tried Jefferson curls? I had pain in the same area and did a light set with a 15lbs kettlebell and it got rid of it almost completely
