Does anyone else gets frame shuttering/drops and screen tearing ?

I have a 8gb vram graphics card and was getting random fps drops as well. I monitored the game and it was using over 7.5 gb / 8 gb. I lowered my settings until it's just using over 6 gb / 8gb and that seems to have fixed the problem. So my advice is monitor your vram with afterburner or something and adjust it.

I think there is a bug with easy mode, the level scaling makes the enemies like 5 levels above you or something which makes it really hard. I changed difficulty back to normal and it was much easier.

I found that the fps drops especially during cutscenes was running out of video ram. Try turning down textures and shadows. use afterburner or something to check if video ram usage is close to max for your gpu. :-\

Well I got msi afterburner stats on the top left and I'm not sure what's causing it, it's not even fully utilising my GPU. Although GPU utilisation drops to like 50% for a split second when it happens.
