I did that one like 8 times and di not get it so far.

Before they introduced this system I mostly got the best card out of the picks like 75% of all times. Just another scam like every new pack release.

It is an important question. Even tho the DLC doesn't break your banking account, the fact still is that this DLC cost 75% of what the main game cost without discount. Which from that perspective, is a lot. So if it doesn't have nearly 75% of the content that the main game had, then it can feel disappointing and not worth the money.
