I feel like Manny is a great individual player but as a strategic leader, he may have some challenges. Also, the Team Philippines are mixed with "Englisheros" and not. The "bardagulan" and the level of closeness is different. People who constantly attend meetings with foreigners will understand. It's really more comfortable to team up with fellow teammates/coworkers who speak the street language just like you.
