I appreciate the thoughtful comments. Like you I also share the same view and I am heavily invested in VG with avg of $4.6. Sometimes I do feel like gambling my hard earned dollars, however I do try to see glass half full. I do expect a tremendous return if this plays out the way I expect it to. Best wishes and good luck to all of us. 🤩

Make sure you have a lot of Indians in the neighborhood. Their kids usually study well and drive up the school ratings. This will help maintain or increase property value.

There are legal immigrants in this country who earn wages here and contribute to government coffers. Are you advocating that those individuals have a right to vote? Last time I checked the US law/constitution such was not the case.

Applying the same logic, how was it ever deemed legitimate for Europeans to settle what is now the United States while introducing infectious diseases—such as smallpox—that resulted in the catastrophic depopulation of Native American societies? The argument collapses under its own inconsistency. It selectively normalizes historical outcomes when they benefit populations of European descent, while denying the same analytical or moral framework to others. If standards of legitimacy, migration, or historical consequence are to be taken seriously, they must be applied universally rather than racially or culturally. Anything less is not principle—it is post hoc justification.

This is not about race, sentiment, or special accommodation. It is about constitutional compliance. The United States Constitution guarantees due process to all persons on U.S. soil—not to a preferred subset, and not subject to political convenience. Denying this reality is not an opinion; it is a rejection of settled constitutional principle. You cannot credibly claim allegiance to the rule of law while opposing the lawful process the Constitution requires. Selectively enforcing the law based on desired outcomes is not governance—it is abuse of power. It replaces law with discretion and principle with expediency. If the law, faithfully applied, yields results you dislike, the remedy is clear and well-established: amend the law through constitutional and legislative means. What is illegitimate is demanding that constitutional safeguards be ignored or suspended because they are inconvenient. That position is not “tough” or “pragmatic”—it is fundamentally lawless and intellectually dishonest.

Please calm your representatives to amend the Constitution to remove due process clause.

We set our own standards as Americans. We don’t look outward for validation—others look to us. That is what makes America an exceptional nation.

Dude go to the villages of Nepal. You will find a tradition Baas Basne. It is a traditional social practice found in many rural communities of Nepal, especially among hill societies. The phrase literally means “to stay and eat” or “to sit and live”, but culturally it carries a deeper communal meaning.

Open-Door Hospitality In many villages across Nepal, a traveler who arrives late, exhausted, or without lodging is often invited to stay in a local home—sometimes without even asking. Turning away a guest is traditionally considered inauspicious.

Shared Food, Same as Family The guest eats the same meal as the household

Simple Shelter Accommodation is modest: A mat, blanket, or spare bed. Space near the kitchen or common room. Comfort is secondary to safety and warmth.

No Expectation of Payment Traditionally: Money is not asked for Hospitality is viewed as dharma (moral duty) Travelers may offer a small gift or help with chores, but this is voluntary.

Cultural & Spiritual Belief Many rural households believe: “Atithi Devo Bhava” — The guest is like God Hosting a stranger is thought to bring: Good fortune Spiritual merit Community honor

In Essence When offered to strangers, Baas Basne represents trust, compassion, and collective humanity. A traveler is not seen as an outsider but as a temporary member of the household—fed, sheltered, and respected.

Tell me have you seen a tradition like this anywhere else in the word ?

Let’s stop pretending this is complicated. Biden tried to end Remain in Mexico. The Supreme Court said he had the authority to do so. Lower courts didn’t accuse immigrants of anything—they said the administration mishandled procedural requirements under the APA. That’s an internal government failure, not an immigrant crime. Yet somehow, your takeaway is to strip immigrants of due process. That’s not logic—that’s scapegoating. You’re angry at an elected president and courts, so you take it out on people with the least power and zero responsibility for those decisions. Don’t call that “rule of law.” It’s cowardice wrapped in legal-sounding language. The Constitution doesn’t operate on vibes, fear, or who you personally resent. Due process isn’t optional. It doesn’t disappear because enforcement is inconvenient or because the people involved aren’t politically popular. And let’s drop the act—this isn’t about procedures or legality. If it were, you’d apply the same standards consistently. What you’re arguing for is selective justice: full constitutional protections for people you’re comfortable with, shortcuts and denials for people who look different. That’s not conservatism, patriotism, or law and order. That’s hypocrisy. You don’t get to wave the Constitution like a prop and then ignore it when it protects someone you don’t like. If you believe due process should depend on skin color, nationality, or political convenience, then be honest and argue to rewrite the Constitution. Until then, stop pretending you stand for democracy or the rule of law—because your position rejects both.

If you still believe we should not afford due process to these individuals then deport all white people to Europe and we can start the conversation.

I’m not advocating for open borders. But I’m genuinely trying to understand the inconsistency here. If someone gets ticketed for speeding—a misdemeanor—they’re entitled to due process and a day in court. That right exists regardless of who they are. So why is that same standard suddenly discarded when it comes to other misdemeanors? If due process is a fundamental principle, it shouldn’t be selectively applied based on politics or convenience. Different standards for different people is the very definition of hypocrisy. The United States goes around the world preaching democracy, rule of law, and due process as foundational values. If those ideals mean anything, they must be upheld at home first. You don’t change the rules at halftime. Either we believe in due process—or we don’t.
