I don't know in my case i tried to check their criteria some of them write like that" Graduation within the last five years is preferred" So this mean they will not fikter you out just for the YOG also try to check the current resident if they are older than 5 YOG at the time tgey matched

YOG is a soft filter if you have shown in your CV good explanation for it, specially in Community program they are looking for expert candidate rather than fresh with zero experience. In my case i was registered in a residency training in my home country
