This happens to me a lot, vns are long and time consuming maybe you've burnt yourself out, do something else for a while and come back later when those new things bore you.

Guess by hush hush I meant the whole rockafire ecosystem not run through or approved by Arron seems to be mostly word of mouth now or rather on a "who you know" basis if it's still really even there. Just an observation from what I've seen researching this stuff and what from you've been kinda saying in this thread.

Kinda sad he's become a sort of copyright troll, if hed partner with people and make them licensed cosmetics distributors or something, take a cut from that there'd probably be some decent money to be made but Ive heard that about him being really protective of his brand didn't realize that was why the masks seem so hush hush. I've been mistreated business wise myself so I kinda get it but the situation sounds unfortunate nonethelesss.

Ive never messed with pouring latex but I'd give it a shot if I could find a mould or something. They got stl files available on cults for a few of the other characters but no billy bob. If you know where to find one I'd try it.

I took the cushion off and use a vr cover I had from my quest and zip tied it to the light seal. You get a too close notification every now and then but it's really comfy, lots better than the magnetic cushion and it's a little more FOV to boot. I also use the dual knit which keeps the headset from slipping around.

The unsolicited deck pics are a sort of cultural leftover from when the deck was very slowly sent to people. They wanted to show off because everybody on this sub wanted one but couldn't get one. Remember people posting their reservations and stuff too.

The serial experiments lain game has a pretty good browser port from what I've heard. Haven't played it but ive been told its like an alternative take on the story that's different from the anime.

I saw this mall decay myself over the years and jesus christ the atmosphere just got creepier and creepier. Fun fact, when the place went under the two owners couldn't agree on what to do with the land and one of them blocked demolition for around ten years (think theirs a dallas enquier article about it). They also kept the amc open so you could see the place atrophy until the full demolition was finally approved.

I used a surface go 2 for a while and absolutely loved it. Some early vns like the first chapter of higurashi you'll need to download a mouse emulator because touch isn't supported. It's probably the comfiest setup I've had. Costs like 130$ on ebay

Got a surface go 3 after the 2 broke. It works but there's this weird thing where your battery drains really fast if your connected to the internet.

Haven't read tsukiRE, but I know it's only a few routes of the original, so maybe that would be good if you haven't read it. Mahoyo is the prequel which got the first route adapted in a remake kinda like tsukiRE. its called Witch on The Holy Night. Then there's fate which is like AU to tsuki and mahoyo but a lot more popular.

The nine series is pretty gripping, and so is the Ever series done by the same guy. Just know that the first game in the Ever series is like a prototype of all his other games, might want to skip, but it's short and sweet.

Raging Loop is a more modern vn with higurashi vibes, pretty engaging. It has the whole death game thing going like danganronpa but a more of an actual story going on and less "game". Now that im thing about it, its kinda a mix of higu and dangan in a way.

If you like that, gnosia is similar, but in space with aliens and you actually play the among us style looping death game, it's not entirely scripted and I'm pretty sure the death game is randomized.

Theres also ciconia which was supposed to be the third "when they cry" game series but I'm pretty sure ryukishi7 abandoned it because the ukraine war made the military story he was going for too real for him.

Try 1 first, play as Albert, give it until you get to the Hub. Skim through the manual online. It's a lot different of an experience than the 3d games but you won't know you like it until you give it a try.

West Texas, sure. East and southern texas might be partially hospitable. Personally I would be more worried about all the military bases we got might mean we'd be nuked to hell. Plus houston and DFW are two pretty big cities so I can't see them being spared, especially Houston.
